What You'll DoAs a PCB Designer, you'll be part of our Power Tools Groupteam located in Towson, MD . You'll get to:- Be responsible for PCB layout and schematic creation using Altium.
- Generation of BOM documentation and revision control.
- Create manufacturing outputgerberfiles, CAM files, BOM etc.
- Interface with PCB manufacturers and contract board assemblers.
- Own printed circuit board design from start to finish.
- Hands on prototyping to support new product development.
- 3+ years of experience inPrintedCircuitBoard design for high volume production and manufacturing.
- Associate'sdegree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar Technical Field a plus.
- Strong skills in Altium software tool suite.
- Experience and knowledge in component packaging and manufacturing specifications.
- Knowledge of IPC, UL, and other relevant PCB design standards.
- Experiencewith Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly,surface mount soldering,andelectronics prototypinga plus.
- Ability to readand interpret designs/schematicsand troubleshoot circuit problems including failure analysis a plus.
- Proficiencywith multimeters, power supplies, andmulti-channel oscilloscopes a plus.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to self-delegate tasks from several Engineerswith minimal supervision.
