What You'll DoAs a PCB Designer, you'll be part of our Power Tools Groupteam located in Towson, MD . You'll get to:
  • Be responsible for PCB layout and schematic creation using Altium.
  • Generation of BOM documentation and revision control.
  • Create manufacturing outputgerberfiles, CAM files, BOM etc.
  • Interface with PCB manufacturers and contract board assemblers.
  • Own printed circuit board design from start to finish.
  • Hands on prototyping to support new product development.
You'll also have:
  • 3+ years of experience inPrintedCircuitBoard design for high volume production and manufacturing.
  • Associate'sdegree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar Technical Field a plus.
  • Strong skills in Altium software tool suite.
  • Experience and knowledge in component packaging and manufacturing specifications.
  • Knowledge of IPC, UL, and other relevant PCB design standards.
  • Experiencewith Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly,surface mount soldering,andelectronics prototypinga plus.
  • Ability to readand interpret designs/schematicsand troubleshoot circuit problems including failure analysis a plus.
  • Proficiencywith multimeters, power supplies, andmulti-channel oscilloscopes a plus.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to self-delegate tasks from several Engineerswith minimal supervision.
