Specifically, you'll assist with the development of processes and tools that will allow us to transform how we execute productivity. Responsibilities include- Integrated Productivity Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
- Category Gap Analysis & Identification
- Multi Year Strategy Analytics
- Develop and manage rollout of productivity milestone process across HTAS
- Fine tuning of integrated productivity rhythms across HTAS
- Margin Priority Tool Analysis & Ownership
- Coordinate cross functional activity in partnership w/ Product Lifecycle Engineering team to Drive in Year Margin Improvement
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of project management experience required
- Highly detail oriented, with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive operating experience improving current business processes or implementing proven best practices
- Experience managing projects for multiple clients simultaneously
- A track record of delivering on agreed upon project objectives
- Well experienced in summarizing and presenting business information to all levels in organizations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to coordinate internal resources in a matrix environment to accomplish project objectives
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus
- Ability to travel; up to 25%
