What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll be part of our MR&P Team. Specifically, you'll assist with the development of processes and tools that will allow us to transform how we execute productivity. Responsibilities include
  • Integrated Productivity Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
  • Category Gap Analysis & Identification
  • Multi Year Strategy Analytics
  • Develop and manage rollout of productivity milestone process across HTAS
  • Fine tuning of integrated productivity rhythms across HTAS
  • Margin Priority Tool Analysis & Ownership
  • Coordinate cross functional activity in partnership w/ Product Lifecycle Engineering team to Drive in Year Margin Improvement
  • Other duties as required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of project management experience required
  • Highly detail oriented, with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive operating experience improving current business processes or implementing proven best practices
  • Experience managing projects for multiple clients simultaneously
  • A track record of delivering on agreed upon project objectives
  • Well experienced in summarizing and presenting business information to all levels in organizations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources in a matrix environment to accomplish project objectives
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Smartsheet a plus
  • Ability to travel; up to 25%
