The RGM team will enable this approach by improving promotional processes, integrating new technologies, automating data insights and driving new behaviors that empower our people.In this role on the dynamic RGM team we are building, the Senior Manager Trade/Gross-To-Net Investments will work with the VP RGM Strategy/Value Creation, Global and Local teams to help in the design, development and ultimately integration of defined Trade and Gross-To-Net Strategies, analytics, tools and processes to enable a consistent go to market strategy across all channels and categories. The end goal is to drive actions that lead to sustained revenue and margin growth. As a strategic priority of the company, the role will be expected to identify, incorporate, and leverage best in class Revenue Growth Management models/dashboards/algorithms that support the key RGM pillars of Trade & Gross-To-Net but also Strategic Pricing & Price Architecture, Assortment & Mix Management and Promo Effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:- Initiating and identifying opportunities and being accountable for the execution of the Trade and GTN Investment initiatives.
- Leading the creation of new methodology, tools, systems, and processes that will be used both locally and globally to optimize the ROI driven GTN policies, GTN Contract term adherence, returns and service level fines.
- Help drive and define a clear GTN Strategy by Channel and Customer
- Demonstrating you are a team player; your work will be done in coordination with brand marketing, commercial, finance and other cross function partners to review the current Trade and GTN strategy and develop future strategies and plans that can be executed at scale.Providing regular communication to key stakeholders, collecting, and sharing best practices and providing guidance to our global and regional product teams and partners on GTS objectives and strategies related to TRADE and GTN Investments.
- Partnering across functional teams globally to stay informed on the current & changing landscape of analytics.
- Refining, maintaining, and/or adjusting strategic roadmaps across models/data/tools aligned with strategy.
- Ensuring an integrated RGM approach is applied by designing analytics around people and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field
- 6+ years of related business experience in an analytical role, ideally within a matrixed, global organization (CPG or FMCG preferred)
- 4+ years of prior experience in Revenue Growth Management; or similar experience with best in class TRADE/GTN methodologies, analytics, and planning tools
- Referenceable track record leading transformation efforts in TRADE/Gross to Net process planning and tool creation
- Highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, JD Edwards, BI, etc.
