More details about the role are:Who You AreYou're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years' experience online Merchandising function (buying, planning, assortment design or architecture), specific pricing work preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented; process focused
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manipulate large data sets from multiple sources and draw conclusions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, video)
- Should have a web-first mindset, understanding of retail eCommerce landscape
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant systems
- Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding and functional abilities in advanced analytics languages a plus (R, Python, SQL)
- Experience working in a matrixed team environment
- Proven track record of success
- Experience working with Wholesale businesses a plus
- Key contributorto retail pricing methodology for SBD Brands across all Digital Partners
- Contributeto industry leading ecommerce pricing strategy for a multi-category product assortment that contribute to financial goals and are consistent with E-Commerce team goals & strategies
- Partner with cross functional teamsto identify key digital levers and craft online Pricing plan; including Dynamic Pricing and MAP Policies
- Recommend resolutionsto pricing conflicts across distribution channels with regular reviews and updates as necessary driven by data and insights
- Examineplanned assortment and compile specific price point guidance, maximizing profit without compromising pricing principles
- Analyze promotional performanceand identify opportunities to drive qualified traffic to upsell/cross-sell promotions to share with cross functional partners
- Support implementationof necessary systems and tools, working with the Business Solution Team to meet best-in-class pricing standards
- Maintain regular interactionwith key stakeholder to ensure sufficient market input to pricing process
