Reporting into the eCommerce GTM & Content Manager, the eCommerce Product Data Lead will be responsible for management of eComm metadata, launch readiness tracking & syndication to our Retailers. This role will need to have a full understanding of SBD taxonomy & metadata, omnichannel and pure players- key retailers and customers such as commercialized brands, key SBUs/categories, and product strategies tied to business growth.

As an eCommerce Product Data Lead, you'll be part of our Global Tools & Storage team which is a remote opportunity. You'll get to:
  • Lead eComm PIM management including metadata enrichment, eComm assortment set-up & launch readiness tracking, automation & tool enhancements.
  • Partner with eCommerce Content, Assortment & Pricing teams to provide visibility to metadata information, launch tracking & content statuses
  • Partner with Channel teams to ensure that key Retailer metadata is reflected for syndication, including validation & troubleshooting of issues.
  • Contribute to the build and management of eComm PIM infrastructure in support of future initiatives, Dropship & D2C
  • Drive to Go to Market OTIF KPIs
  • Monitor and report out metadata KPIs, track performance and evolve tools

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) and 5+ years working experience in a Digital Data Management role with experience in Taxonomy & Data Management Responsibilities (PIM, Merchandise Buying, Planning, Allocation, inventory planning, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively coordinate large amounts of data under varying tight deadlines
  • Be extremely organized and detail-oriented; process focused
  • Able to effectively handle competing/changing priorities
  • Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Exceptional analytics and quantitative skills required, in addition to strong problem solving and rigorous use of logic to find effective solutions
  • Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and improve
