Who You AreYou're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience providing project management tactics in an external client delivery environment
  • Experience managing projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
  • A track record of delivering on agreed upon project objectives
  • A history of excellence / superior performance against internal benchmarks
  • Bachelor's Degree in project management, eCommerce, digital marketing, and/or equivalent experience
What You'll DoAs aProject Manager,you'll be part of our North America eCommerce team, specifically supporting the eCommerce Strategy team. Reporting into the Director, eCommerce Strategy, the project manager with cover the various initiatives that the team is strategizing and executing on. Primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects to conclusion working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met within time and expense budgets.
  • Develop and execute project plans including resource requirements, deliverables, milestones, and completion timelines
  • Serve as primary point of contact for team and/or partner representatives during implementation, communicate & coordinate project dependencies, set & manage expectations
  • Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple, simultaneous projects through the entire project lifecycle
  • Work through conflicting issues, roadblocks and dependencies; proactively manage risks, changes and communication with project stakeholders
