Piper Companies is seeking an experienced

Lead Full-Stack Developer looking to join the development team of a growing local organization. We have established proprietary web-based applications, technology, and automation. There are many future projects in mind to expand upon and we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with management skills. This position will work on a hybrid basis out of the

Towson, MD area.

The projects that we are currently working on will significantly impact our company's growth in the future. The current code base utilizes the MERN stack.

Responsibilities of the Lead Full-Stack Developer

Ability to function as a full stack developer using the MERN stack
Lead the Development Team in an agile development process
Designing user interfaces
Develop single-page web applications
See-through projects from conception to finished product
Design and develop RESTful APIs
Oversee, delegate, and utilize the other developers for projects, tasks, and maintenance

Qualifications of the Lead Full-Stack Developer

Experience in the full stack development process
Experience with system design and architecture
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in fundamental front-end development such as HTML and CSS
Expertise with JavaScript front-end libraries (React)
Familiarity with No SQL databases (MongoDB), AWS and deployments
Experience designing Web APIs with NodeJS and Express
Experience in Integrating with third-party APIs
Degree in Computer Science or Coding Bootcamp certificate

Compensation for the Lead Full-Stack Developer

$165-180,000
Direct-Placement with the client
