About Our Internship ProgramWe are seeking motivated students for our Summer Internship Program. Selected students will participate in a meaningful and challenging 10-week summer internship that will allow each intern to have exposure to different facets of the business and receive critical business skills and career and personal development training.Interns will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects within a cross functional team of professionals and get exposure to leaders within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist current Product Managers with the creation and execution of end-user-based research to build clear understanding of all relevant product applications in order to understand all categories within assigned products.
  • Assist with financial analysis for portfolio evaluation and decision making, participating in forecasting and capacity planning within channel, sales and supply chain.
  • Assist with development of marketing materials including packaging, presentations, merchandising and other collateral in order to commercially launch new products.
  • Gather market intelligence, conduct field research, support sales efforts, provide financial reporting and facilitate new product launches and reoccurring promotions including monitoring competitive activity and retail positioning.
  • Develop and implement systems to provide recurring financial & sales reports to support decisions related to the business's short & long term strategies.
  • Construct internal and customer facing presentations to drive sales and support product development.
  • Drive creation of Product Launch materials and sales collateral, tracking and updating website content to reflect latest product offering.
Our Requirements:
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in these related areas of study:
    • Marketing
    • Sales
    • Business Administration
  • Strong academic standing, GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Proven leadership and active participant in collaborative environments with strong project management and organizational skills.
Location of internship may vary based on the location of the team, due to COVID-19 we are currently operating in a variety of virtual, hybrid and onsite capacities. Product Management Internships are available in the following locations: Towson, MD
