Currently we are looking for a Remedy Developer to join our group. Candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and/or modifying BMC Remedy ITSM Suite and BMC Remedy Action Request System. Role: Perform BMC Remedy ARS customization for a multi-tiered user support application supporting Service Desk and Data Center operations. Works closely with other Remedy developers to understand and implement functional requirements. Conducts impact analysis for software changes. Produces detailed specifications and requirements design documents. Supports formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production. Skills Needed: Experience working with BMC Remedy. Experience with Remedy version 8 and 20 preferred. BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience serving as a Remedy Developer and Administrator. Experience with design and implementation of various BMC Remedy ITSM Suite products such as Service Level Agreements (SLM), Configuration management (CMDB), knowledge management, and self-service capabilities. Experience in integration of the BMC Remedy Action Request System with other GOTS and COTS application. Must be a US Citizen. A Secret Clearance and a Sec+ is required.Vacancy expired!
