Unarmed License security guards are to:
1. Arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly equipped, ID badge.).
2. Sign in/out using the electronic system.
3. Conduct patrols of assigned areas (interior) detect safety or security issues.
4. Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
5. Report incidents immediately to the supervisor or client representative.
6. Document all activities in the daily activity report.
7. Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, disturbance) by following site protocols.
8. Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
9. Assist visitors with directions or information when appropriate.
10. Do not engage in physical confrontation—observe, report, and request assistance when necessary.
