Description of Work:

  • The Product Operations Analyst will support key initiatives within Chief Business Office (CBO) which oversees all of the products across the Client.
  • The analyst will work closely with the business partner, SMEs, and the Product Team in the definition of processes, requirements, testing/validation, training, data flow and workflow analysis.
  • The analyst collects information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed processes.
  • They perform research on any reported problem, plans, proposes a solutions, advocates software and systems, coordinates the problem solving process, and ensures that the business standards and business requirements are being addressed and documented.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of solutions, strategies, approaches, and implementation plans
  • Translate client objectives into clear creative strategies and experiences
  • Facilitate and manage client meetings to successfully achieve identified, desired outcomes
  • Design short-term project plans
  • Assist in planning and conducting discovery and visioning sessions
  • Support the design and facilitation of external and internal meetings, including capturing findings during meetings
  • Research, analysis, and presentation (e.g., Excel charts, Google Analytics, Illustrator Graphs, PowerPoint) in support of client projects, meetings, and for production of major deliverables
  • Produce quality deliverables that result in a high degree of project leader and client satisfaction
  • Support business development efforts by assisting with proposal preparation
  • Develop and maintain general institutional knowledge of clients, their culture, organization, and issues
  • Provide logistical support
  • Other duties as assigned

RequirementsBasic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

  • Bachelors Degree and 7 years of relevant work experience; Masters and 5 years of relative experience; or a minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a product environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology projects, VersionOne.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
  • Prior experience supporting a large government organization
  • PMP and/or Pragmatic Marketing certification
  • Experience in Organizational Change management, strategic communication, program management, or organizational design
  • Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings.
  • Ability to quickly understand government problems and provide/propose solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with the ability to effectively interface with the team, stakeholders, and executives
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment
