Description of Work:
  • Client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Workflow Process Analyst who will be part of the project team tasked for developing strategy, plans and applications for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Initial work will focus on establishing a ServiceNow developer instance for creating solution Proof of Concepts (POC) and developing workflow and processes for Prod implementation.
Work will focus on:
  • Conducting Discovery sessions with stakeholders to further refine requirements
  • Supporting the development of processes that can be improved with advanced tools and automation.
  • Lead efforts in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows
  • Developing POCs for customer demos
  • Developing ServiceNow solutions through DEV, TEST, INT, and PROD using Agile methodologies
  • Develop integrations with other agency tools as required

RequirementsBasic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
  • Bachelors Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or IT Business Management (ITBM)
  • 2 years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow process workflows
  • Familiarity with one or more ServiceNow Platform areas
2 years of experience and proficiency with the following:o Agile developmento System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.)o JavaScripto HTML for UI Pages, Content Pageso ServiceNow integration to Ansible Tower, Active Directory, and Splunk

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings.
  • Experience with implementing DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in a ServiceNow environment
  • Experience with Oracle and stored procedures using PL/SQL
  • Experience with designing and implementing REST based API integration services
