Description of Work: The Pega Business Architect will act as a liaison between the business users, stakeholders, and technical leads. This individual will be responsible to work with the Lead System Architect and the client team jointly charting business and technical strategies. Working on-site at a customer location, this role will interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders. Basic Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification
- Experience in facilitating requirements gathering sessions including Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO), eliciting requirements, facilitating playback sessions and obtaining business stakeholder alignment of the proposed workflow/functionality/screens within the application
- Experience in Pega version 7.x or greater
- Experience with Pega Platform and its foundational components and how to apply them to plan requirements and design business processes
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
