ALTA IT is supporting its client for a long term contract in Woodlawn, MD.Open to candidates who do not require sponsorship now or later.Selected candidates will have to be onsite for the first two weeks for onboarding and later work remote until asked to return to work.
- Bachelor's degree and 20 Years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree and 18 Years of relevant work experience OR a minimum 24 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience describing and discussing data-driven, value-seeking Product Management Practices in concert with improvements in software development productivity
- Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in 3 or more of the following:
- Experience implementing product practices at an enterprise level
- Experience defining and producing Product Management courseware and marketing content tailored to organization-specific requirements
- Experience conveying software methodologies to audiences including senior leaders with varying technical backgrounds
- Experience identifying and defining metrics (such as KPIs and OKRs) to demonstrate the delivery of customer value
- Demonstrable experience in presenting product concepts to senior leaders through presentations
