Essentially this role requires:- Owner of the IT testing process within the functional testing, system integration testing and end to end testing phases.
- Participate and guide in the creation of Test Strategies for projects/ programs
- Development of Test Plans
- Work with the business users and IT business analysts on the development of Test Scenarios and test script creation
- Review test scripts before and after execution for accuracy.
- Manage the documentation and execution of functional testing
- Responsible and accountable of flagging the timing of testing deliverables and the quality of their output
- Point of contact of senior management for all status reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Develop and maintain project reports that track overall testing progress and the accomplishment of specific testing milestones
- Owner of the Traceability Matrix
- Coordinating user acceptance test executions
- Owner of the defect triage process
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members and stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Experience in project coordination
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, remote teams or global teams
- Hands on experience testing in the Salesforce classic and Lightning ecosystems.
- Demonstrated successful discipline working within an Agile software delivery methodology project team structure.
- Keen business analysis skills with the ability to intricately understand requirements, functional specs, and systems to facilitate the creation of test plans, and test scripts.
- Extremely organized with excellent communication. Solid presentation and facilitations skills.
- Proven experience working with Test Management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Helix, Zephyr, X-Ray, etc
- Hands on and action-oriented self-starter who can drive complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight. Ability and willingness to create all project deliverables as needed.
- Understanding and/or experience working in a medical device/Life Sciences company.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, on concurrent projects.
