  • Be part of a team performing Telecommunications Invoice Review, Cost Allocation, Expensing and Reporting
  • Serve as the Agile Product Owner for the Analyst Team
  • Perform data analysis and make recommendations related to the Invoice Review, Cost Allocation, Expensing and Reporting processes
  • Help define and evolve next generation Invoice & Financial Management product.
  • Work with DevSecOps team and Architect to define, maintain and prioritize product backlog.
  • Interact with various customer stakeholders from engineering, field representatives, business operations, financial analysts, accounting, and contracting officers
Represents Product Management and the voice of customers on the Agile development team. Collaborates with Product Managers to define the work so that the integrated team can review, commit, and execute within a defined period. Prioritizes key areas of work during a program increment, ensures that the software development team understands the intent and requirements of feature and user story definitions, and that the team is aligned on all acceptance criteria. Represents customer interests and continuously dictates team backlog priorities. This job code is intended for use for those performing Agile duties full time.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 9 years relevant work experience.
  • Professional experience as a data analyst including experience leading teams as an Agile Product Owner
  • Proven analytical background with an ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Jira
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with analytical and problem solving skills necessary for quickly developing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data from many different types of sources.
  • Moderate to-advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated and/or clear ability to interact with customers and other stakeholders
  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accounting, financial analysis or cost analyst background
  • Familiarity with government funding/accounting data
  • Experience and/or interest process improvements, automation, modernization
