Job Summary: Raytheon Missiles and Defense is seeking an Arabic Translator / Program Coordinator located in Andover, Massachusetts. This position will support a portfolio of Royal Saudi Arabian Air Defense Forces (RSADF) programs within the Land Warfare & Air Defense (LW&AD) Mission Area directly interfacing with foreign military and program leadership in support of facilitating contractual requirements. The primary role of this position is to provide the Saudi Arabian Representative (SAR) and Program Management Office with expert level Arabic translation of program documents; to include the reading, writing and speaking in proper grammar and syntax (Gulf or Modern Standard Arabic preferred). The position will be responsible for planning and coordinating various events, meetings and customer/supplier visits. This includes coordinating required document packages, reserving conference rooms, setting up calls and video conferences as needed. Additionally, the role will coordinate customer domestic and international travel according to policy, and accurately prepare and submit expense statements in a timely manner. The position will provide administrative expertise in identifying problems and issues, to reach resolution with little supervisor oversight. Will also work to proactively identify ways to enable greater productivity and efficiency in role. All of these duties will require the employee to be culturally adept when interacting with international customers, including a demonstrated proficiency working with international teammates and colleagues located across the world. Must also be sensitive to working across multiple time zones given the global footprint of LW&AD programs. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Expert proficiency in the translation, reading, writing and speaking of the Arabic and English languages in support of program requirements and customer support (Gulf or Modern Standard Arabic dialect preferred)
Assist the Program Management Office with the development, compilation and processing of Replenishment Spares Orders within Raytheon Technologies and customer databases in support of critical spares orders
Assist the Program Management Office with the production of monthly and quarterly reports in support of satisfying contractual data requirements for a complex portfolio of international programs
Assist the SAR and Program Management Office with handling office administrative tasks in a timely manner, managing schedules and appointments, and responding to questions related to office operations and administrative processes
Support RSADF customer personnel transitions to/from the United States on long term assignment, to include transportation support of rental and leased vehicles
Coordinate customer domestic and international travel support, to include Business Travel Requests, Business Courtesy Requests and expense reporting within Raytheon Technologies’ applications
Coordinate Raytheon Technologies’ IT support to ensure customer connectivity and communication; to include SAR server troubleshooting, SAR database management, and computer and iPhone technical support as required
Utilization of software applications and other office tools and equipment to compose reports, charts, and presentations to include inter-office correspondence and emails
Review and monitor assigned budgets, to include but not limited to, EZ Pass, fuel receipts and office supplies to ensure leader is aware of transactions, budget constraints and pending approvals for superb customer support
Qualifications You Must Have:
High school, secondary school or equivalent with 8 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience
Exper ience translating Arabic documents; to include the reading, writing and speaking or presenting in Gulf or Modern Standard Arabic
Candidate will be required to translate example documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English as part of the interview process
Experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, creating and preparing documents or reports
Microsoft Office Suite tools (such as MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
Qualifications We Value:

Demonstrated experience with the following Software and Tools used for managing an executive office efficiently (including but not limited to):
A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative assistant experience
International Travel Approval and Tracking System (ITATS)
Raytheon Technologies Security visitor request/registration systems
Expense Reporting System
Internet search engines
Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating complex domestic and international travel
Demonstrated experience planning and organizing schedules and events
Demonstrated knowledge of Raytheon Technologies’ Policies and Procedures (Business Travel, Business Courtesies, etc.)
Demonstrated experience interacting with senior levels of leadership effectively
Demonstrated experience handling multiple tasks concurrently and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
