Job Summary: Raytheon Missiles and Defense has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Professional in the Circuit Card Assembly area. Responsibilities include Tier meeting facilitating and Continuous Improvement. The incumbent will be responsible for setting the standard and driving strategic operational excellence throughout the cell.Daily interaction with other cross-business teams is needed to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. Achieving/exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities ties using CORE and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position. Workforce planning and forecasting

Area layout and flow management

Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures

Qualifications You Must Have: Typically require a university degree with less than 2 years of related experience or in the absence of the degree, 4 years of experience is required or an Associate degree with 2 years of experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value: Manufacturing or industrial engineering and supervisory experience in the aerospace/defense industry.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

High computer literacy and with confidence and skill working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with RMD systems (PRISM, PDM, VBS).

Metrics-driven.

Prior experience of direct or indirect represented employee factory or support personnel.

Knowledge of utilizing lean manufacturing concepts of lean / six sigma implementation projects
