WLE consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our WLE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability. Job Summary: Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Engineering is responsible for all aspects of RAM / FRACAS activity within the Raytheon Missiles & Defense business unit. As a RAM/FRACAS Engineer , you’ll ensure the performance compliance of both customer and internal requirements. Responsibilities to anticipate: Perform FRACAS tasks, including trend analysis and failure investigations Assess RAM performance: MTBF, MTBCF, Ao Define/allocate RAM requirements Perform Reliability Predictions Perform Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) Support Reliability Test Planning and Execution: Accelerated, Growth, Demonstration Qualifications You Must Have: Education: BS in a STEM discipline or BA in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Computer Science. Employment Experience: 2+ years of engineering or logistics experience

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

Strong communication skills; Ability to present to diverse audiences
