Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment cycle and will create and implement recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers to support hiring initiatives. This position will proactively develop diverse talent pipelines and provide full cycle recruiting support by leveraging social media, job sites and applicant tracking systems to attract high quality candidates. This position will manage the recruitment cycle and strategy for Straumann Group in North America, while providing an excellent candidate experience.

This role can be based out of our Andover, MA plant or Round Rock, TX.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

· Full-cycle recruitment; sourcing, prescreening, leading the interview process and feedback sessions, facilitate all offers, set up assessments and handle the req within ATS until filled and transitioned to HR onboarding, maintaining data integrity and compliance in ATS.

· Maintains and advises on recruiting policies, procedures and strategies (passive and active candidate sourcing strategy, referral program, internal transfers).

· Execute recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers at the beginning of a new search.

· Establishes, builds, and maintains strong and effective relationships and partnerships with hiring managers.

· Proactively builds and maintains a diverse talent pipeline for respective functions using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent including but not limited to LinkedIn, internet searches, professional associations, networking events, career fairs, and universities.

· Collaborate with other members of the HR team, as well as management for prioritization, feedback, and approvals on requisitions and offers.

· Prepares recruiting status reports and other analytics to bring visibility to recruiting processes, summarizes data and trends, and identifies/implements necessary improvements.

· Assesses training needs and provides recruiting and interview training for hiring managers at all levels of the organization.

· Utilizes updates and maintains Talent Acquisition Tools and systems.

· A positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. May represent North America in Global Recruiting Projects and initiatives led by HQ.

· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience in full cycle recruiting at all levels in the organization. Combination of Corporate in-house and agency experience highly preferred.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Must have a passion for finding solutions with excellent follow through and execution.

· Requires good computer skills and demonstrated ability to utilize systems, to improve efficiency.

· Must be proficient in producing recruiting reports and monitoring progress through analytics

· Exceptional candidate assessment skills with expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques.

· Strong focus on process improvement with a solutions-oriented mindset

· Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems – SmartRecruiters and Phenom Desired.

· Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

· General office environment. No special physical demands required.

· May be expected to travel up to 10% of time domestically to support recruiting needs at other Straumann Group locations.
