This position requires the individual to collaborate with the rest of the Collaboration team to design and implement Cisco UC and Collaboration solution offerings. You will be working in the Professional Services Division, providing both pre and post implementation services. The ideal candidate is looking to expand their knowledge and work in a team sharing environment that is customer facing.Essential Functions: Meet with Customers and Collect Customer Requirements. Work with Account Manager/Sales Team to develop customer relationship and solutions and assist in overall sales process. Create high-level solution designs/architecture and present to customers. Create Customer facing Presentations. Create Bill of Materials & configurations for solutions. Build Scope of Services and Professional Service Pricing. Write Statement of Works. Performing on-site work for clients. Project Documentation.You must have the following: Work in a team environment / Work well individually. 5+ years experience Be self-sufficient / motivating. Travel 25% (required). Manage tasks and workloads.#ConResRequirements:JOB REQUIREMENTSTechnical Requirements/Desires: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Preferred Architecture. Knowledge of Cisco Calling (On-Premise, Hybrid Services, Webex Cloud Calling). Experience with WebEx Solutions (Meeting Center, Hybrid Services, TSP Integration). Have experience with Enterprise Video deployments. Expressway and VCS deployment. Cisco Meeting Server (Microsoft Interoperability). Enterprise Messaging (On-Premise & Cloud). Session Border Control. Securing Collaboration deployments. Networking and Virtualization (VMware). Migrating from legacy Certifications CCNP is preferred.
