TITLE: Manager- Provider Directory
Location: Remote Compensation Range : ($40-$60/HR ) Interim-to-hire Manager of Provider Directory for up to 6 months with the opportunity to join your Health Plan Operations team following 6 months on interim assignment. Details include: 1. Take ownership for coordinating with the business teams to ensure PDM data is accurate and up to date. 2. Function as the liaison between business users and IT to ensure proper communication and coordination. 3. Independently coordinate the additional of new businesses into the directory as they are identified and approved. 4. Perform audits, review reports and SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and completeness. 5. Occasionally perform SQL queriers to identify, clean-up, and validate the PDM data. 6. Bring challenges and opportunities to you with ready to go solutions for improvement, execution, and optimization. 7. Project Management skills are a must for this role. 8. PDM experience are a plus but not required. 9. Hands on self-starter who is detail oriented with the ability to perform without a lot of guidance and oversight as the assignment evolves. 10. Career minded professional who is eager to learn and grow. 11. Remote support for up to 6 months with the opportunity to convert to a direct hire role 12.
