REQUIREMENTS:
Answer phone lines and direct calls to appropiate personnel
Set up meetings (in-person, phone calls, video conferences) with internal and external parties (executives, business partners, clients, collaborators)
Coordinate with Human Resoucres team (interview schedule and materials)
Coordinate travel and handle expenses when needed
Prepare for meetings: printing materials, setting up AV equipment, ordering food, etc.
Create the meeting agenda
Prepare and share the presentation
Summarize meeting and follow up on action items
Order office supplies
Vendor management
SKILLS:
Polished presentation to internal and external parties
Ambitious, looking to anticipate needs
Clear and concise communicator, even in ambiguous situations
Quick turnaround, with high availability
Incredibly organized
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; specifically, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
2 years relevant work experience
