The on-site hours for this support will be from 8am–6pm Monday thru Friday

  • Work closely with Team on support process
  • Build and understand standard hardware Images
  • Troubleshoot laptop & Desktop systems
  • Create support documentation on supported hardware and software platform
  • Escalate when appropriate to PMO and Client Services Management on-site
  • Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and provided to Shared Support Team and Help Desk
  • Work with Senior Exec and Management Team at client site - escalation and ticket triage
  • Manage Queue Deskside ticket activity for the team
