The on-site hours for this support will be from 8am–6pm Monday thru Friday
- Work closely with Team on support process
- Build and understand standard hardware Images
- Troubleshoot laptop & Desktop systems
- Create support documentation on supported hardware and software platform
- Escalate when appropriate to PMO and Client Services Management on-site
- Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and provided to Shared Support Team and Help Desk
- Work with Senior Exec and Management Team at client site - escalation and ticket triage
- Manage Queue Deskside ticket activity for the team
