- Analyze identity and access management alerts, identify and protect from unauthorized access, and manage identities and access across the organization
- Help to maintain modern identity and access management tooling including VDS, IDMS, Active Directory, and PAM
- Provide direct support to the business and IT staff for identity and access related issues
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Experience working in operational identity and access management, client services, account management, development of support documentation and procedures, and other identity and access management technologies and controls
- Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ and/or RadiantLogic a plus
