Technical Trainer / LMS Administrator

W2 only. No C2C or Sponsorship available.

Description:6 months to term. Remote to start, onsite when office reopens.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft, develop, coordinate, deliver, and assess technical training programs
  • Work with partners to identify training needs and work with internal and external resources to source and deliver required training
  • Facilitate design, development, and delivery of training and materials
  • Act as main system administrator of e-learning and tutorial registration systems
  • Work with other departments as needed to maintain usability
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Experience with SCORM-compliant eLearning content authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and Camtasia
  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in administration of SumTotal learning system a plus
