- Craft, develop, coordinate, deliver, and assess technical training programs
- Work with partners to identify training needs and work with internal and external resources to source and deliver required training
- Facilitate design, development, and delivery of training and materials
- Act as main system administrator of e-learning and tutorial registration systems
- Work with other departments as needed to maintain usability
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Experience with SCORM-compliant eLearning content authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and Camtasia
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience in administration of SumTotal learning system a plus
