We are parents working full-time from home and sometimes in the hospital during the pandemic and are looking for a online school sitter for our 7 and 9 year-old boys during work hours THREE DAYS A WEEK (8.00 -1.30pm). We live in Brookline .
Duties will primarily consist of helping our boys with remote learning (on-line school) for 2nd and 4th grade. This will include helping them stay on task with assignments and projects and keeping them engaged.
Ideally, you would have experience in dealing with young children in an academic or enrichment context and would be able to enhance distance learning during the upcoming school year.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and is honest and reliable and ideally someone to commit to the first two months of the school year (Sept. 2020 - Dec 2020) or longer depending on the pandemic.
We take COVID-19 precautions seriously and are looking for our sitter to do the same, like wearing a mask at all times. Our home is smoke free and we would ask that you are too. We do not have pets.
