- Troubleshoot platform related issues.
- Provide solutions and alternative approaches, negotiating with customers the best ways to overcome issues.
- Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
- Bridge with R&D issues and defect priorities to be a part of our product's continuous improvement process.
- Interact with many different people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures, both internally and with customers.
- Degree (BSc, MSc) in technology-related degrees: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network, and other related areas
- 2-5 years of experience in both technology and customer-facing roles (e.g. IT Consultant, Full Stack Developer, Technical Support, etc.)
- Troubleshooting Mindset :
- Mitigation - Approaches problems with a mitigation-first mindset working towards minimizing the impact for customers but collecting any necessary information for later analysis.
- Problem-solving - Has a top-down approach to problems, breaking them in smaller pieces and solving them by starting with a wider scope and narrowing it down as the analysis progresses. Has critical thinking, so can analyze information objectively and make a reasoned judgment.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure assets relevant for an architecture supporting a Web App (IIS, JBos, Containers, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud)
- Knowledge of Databases (DB Administration, DB Development, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Computer Network and protocols: Web Security (SSL, HTTPS, ), Computer Network, AD/LDAP, Network assets (Load Balancer, Reverse Proxy, Firewall, etc.)
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in (some) technologies Client Platform is built on top of:
- .NET

- iOS native (Objective C, XCode)
- Android Native (Java, Android Studio)
- Cordova/PhoneGap
- React
- HTML
- CSS
- Client Product Experience (Great to Have)
