- Focus on scalable code
- Build infrastructure to scale out data integration team
- Leverage cutting edge technologies to build out new platform features
- Collaborate closely with Data Science team to address the data needs.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in CS
- You have 5+ years of Software or Data Engineering experience.
- You're capable of writing code in Python, Java, or another Object-Oriented language
- You have a strong working knowledge of Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.)
- You have a background building software for data purposes
- You've worked on a team that uses continuous development
- You show initiative in identifying ways to help the team meet its goals
