Technical Support Engineer (Executive Level)

  • Technical Support Engineer is required for a contract position in Boston.
  • This position supports executive level staff with IT at every level.
  • This is an onsite position, but a high priority role within the organization.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, prior experience providing support to executive/VIP staff essential.
  • Windows 10, Exchange/Office365, and Active Directory experience
  • Experience with MDM, Intune or AirWatch, and mobile support of iOS and Android.
  • Education/Certification, if applicable
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Prior experience providing support to teleconferencing technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco WebEx)
