- Act as the point of contact for incoming sales analysis requests
- Meet with internal stakeholders to analyze needs, define deliverables, propose solutions, and deliver results
- Engage other internal support areas as needed
- Conduct client-facing presentations to assist in use of data assets
- Develop reports on results
- Drive solutions from initial request through analysis, delivery, and follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent quick-turnaround project timelines
- Excellent communication (written and oral), time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well within a team

- 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare Claims or EHR data
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries
- Experience communicating thru multiple mediums to engage with external customers and stakeholders
- Experience and working knowledge of relational databases and database structures
- Experience in translating business requirements into query code
- Experience with PowerPoint - must be able to create PPT's, add visualizations, graphs and the like to present to external clients
