Location: Boston, MA Description: Project Manager
Remote long term contract Communicate with stakeholders and customersCollect and define requirements, identify scope and LOE of the projects Build implementation plan for the projects and manage their execution Coordinate activities across different initiatives Set priorities for the team members Contribute to road map definition in collaboration with technical and product leadership Address project risks including the development of contingency plans Continuously make sure the team is delivering according to the constantly growing needs of the business Manage day-to-day team operations Measure and continuously improve team's effectiveness What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields Excellent communication and organization skills 5+ years of Technical or Product experience Agile experience (Scrum Master, Product Owner) Experience working with database technologies. You do not need to have hands-on database engineering experience but you should understand the field and being able to speak the same language with the engineers. Capability to identify and mitigate development and implementation risks Understanding of automation technologies.
