We're looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to lead hardware and software design teams in new program implementations.
Responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager: - Plan, execute, and deliver projects related to existing or new technologies
- Leverage project management best practices to drive team efficiency and project progress
- Drive design discussions, guide and support team, and help customers reach consensus
- Manage project communication and serve as first point of contact for team projects
- Establish milestones and reasonable deadlines
Requirements of the Technical Program Manager: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- At least 6 years of technical program management experience
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules
- Ability to establish and follow a defined set of key metrics and goals
