The scope of this team’s work includes ecommerce, app/account, loyalty, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is analytical, intellectually curious, and thrives in a high demand, performance-driven environment. This individual will work cross-functionally and influence internal partners across the broader team. This role will influence and shape product roadmaps through market research and proposals, communicate our portfolio’s progress to leadership on a regular basis through product roadmap readouts and other mediums, and facilitate portfolio progress conversations. This role will also bring to life the colleague engagement priorities of our internal team.Job Responsibilities:-Gain an understanding of Digital Products under the Retail Portfolio and engage with BU partners on a regular cadence to ensure the Product Office can accurately reflect current business priorities-Prepare information for the monthly product update sent by the Retail Product Office to BU stakeholders (executives, business leaders)- Assist with keeping monthly results and roadmap in a constant state of readiness to share with client sales teams, BU partners, Enterprise leaders, marketing teams, and other key stakeholders- Drive follow up and action from Monthly Operating Review meeting-Research industry trends and external competitors to stay current with market expectations-Work closely with Product Office leaders and BU partners on business challenges; perform root cause analysis to clarify problems and collaborate with product owners to recommend solutions-Participate in an intake process to understand new project requests and schedule work on the portfolio roadmap-Contribute to building a fun and engaging work culture through the coordination of team-building activities, professional development initiatives, and other key engagement focuses as determined by Engagement Survey results for team of 100 colleaguesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 46,400Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
