We are hiring "Assistant Project Manager" for one of our clients. Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Location: Boston, MA 02135 Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: The Assistant Project Manager supports the mission of the Center for Digital Innovation in Learning (CDIL) through the execution, communication, and completion of CDIL projects. Initial responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager include project status updates and overseeing of established course design and development projects, escalating concerns to the Associate Director of Online Program Administration. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring project status updates through effective communication and oversight. Essential Functions Working closely with the CDIL team; monitor project deliverables and timelines for the development and implementation of online and/or hybrid courses Maintain detailed project plans and adjusting project timelines to ensure projects stay on track Ensure all functional aspects of projects stay on track; liaise with CDIL team members and BC community members, as needed Oversee project management tracking in various databases to ensure project status accuracy The qualified candidate will have: Minimum of Bachelor's degree required One to three years of experience in an administrative position with a focus on project or program management Experience in an educational setting, including familiarity of a learning management system (LMS), preferred Should you be interested, please send me a copy of your resume in Word/PDF format along with the following details ASAP.
