Requisition Number: 83828 Azure Infrastructure Engineer Team: Managed Application Services Opportunity The Managed Application Services team at Insight is seeking a passionate Azure Engineer to join our team. The Managed Services team works closely with our customers using our amazing team of engineers, architects, and thought leaders to support manage and maintain applications. We provide these services to our clients who are business of all sizes from startups to fortune 100 companies. What is consistent across our clients is that they are interested in transforming their business through modern Software as a Service offerings and have engaged Insight's Digital Innovation teams to deliver on that vision. What you'll do for Insight:

Be part of our support team for large-scale modern applications built on Azure
Work directly with our development team to understand modern solution architecture
Onboard new applications to our support platform
Triage application issues and address with assistance from team

What you'll need to join us : We are looking for someone who has some or all of the following capabilities:

In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform
Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD as related to SaaS offerings like Office 365.
Experience in automation (Infrastructure-as-Code, Configuration-as-Code) and management of both on-premises infrastructure and applications, cloud hosted Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service capabilities (Azure) including virtual networks, virtual machines and data services
Has had previous experience as a developer and/or as an infrastructure resource that is equally comfortable PowerShell, Azure ARM Templates, Terraform, and Azure DevOps
Experience in monitoring and responding to incidents within Azure utilizing various remote and Azure monitoring tools
Experience with the Microsoft Collaboration and Power platforms
Experience with ServiceNow
Strong analytical and reasoning skills that result in clear technical execution
Proven ability to prioritize, self-direct and execute at velocity
Passion to deliver craftsman-quality work both individually and as part of a team
Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desire to learn new skills and grow competencies
