Why you'll love this job: Being a member of the Business Architecture group, you will be responsible for creating and managing business process documentation including modeling and digitizing processes to enable enterprise capability realization to deliver Business Architecture solutions. The Business Architect Sr. Analyst will be responsible for using a collaborative approach to digitizing business processes. Participates in design thinking and process and decision modeling using BPMN compliant methodologies and tools. This role will integrate and align business process modeling into DTCC risk management resilience framework. Process documentation will support current state processes leading to process reimagination to deliver best in class client experience by incorporating customer journeys across our product portfolio. Apply deep process design experience with BPM and other technologies to document and keep process libraries current. Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Business management skills to understand the organizational structure and the business activities and processes
  • Analyze current state of product offering, defining business processes, codifying business rules by demonstrating innovative design tools and methodologies such as business process modeling and domain modeling
  • Ability to collect, organize, correlate, and produce models to describe the artifacts, principles, frameworks and strategy
  • Able to work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and written, to varied levels of the organization to include technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership
  • Able to conduct interviews with subject matter experts (functional/technical), sponsors, and participating organizations prior to and during business architecture development
  • Demonstrate business analysis and/or improvement in execution skills necessary to provide business-engineering, analytical, and architectural services to transition business requirements into enterprise solutions
  • Experience building architecture models/artifacts that provide mappings between users, systems, platforms and business functions
  • Develop business and infrastructure architectures consisting of current and reimaged architecture models
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 is a plus
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
