RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst. This is a local opportunity in Boston, MA.
Summary:The Director of Operational Excellence at this company is looking for a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst to assist him with providing data and reporting for the business.Responsibilities: Business Intelligence Data Analyst will be pulling and providing reporting throughout the organization (Operational Excellence) - creating ad hoc reports in Excel/Tableau Entering and following up on tickets with vendors - in a multitude of different systems Have to do with FIS, the core processing system, online banking portals, problem resolution, data requests As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will manipulate data, ask is - here's the report, now I need this subset of information and put it into a meaningful format (multiple formats) - then it needs to be put in a standardized format that will be viewed by Senior Leaders Responding to questions/inquiries/tickets in CRM/FreshService/ for BaaS partners/internal requests/customer requestsREQUIREMENTS: 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst with experience creating BI reports Tableau Excel Communication with internal and external parties - Director of Op Excellence, the vendors, higher management as they pass along the info, other departments - technical or service providing - could be involved in partnership meetings Project management skills Strong analytical/technical background Understanding of process flows Deep dive into a process flow to assist with getting to a resolution or a better way of doing things Some banking background could be helpful or fin tech that offers financial servicesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
