- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and deliver customer and partner business results
- Influencing others: the ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue
- Strong leadership, relationship building to create, reinforce, motivate, and guide colleagues, customers, and partners
- Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, and across organizational boundaries
- 5+ years of program management experience with technical aptitude & hands-on experience
- Proven experience developing identity management for many users
- Ability to drive technical solutions and in-depth understanding of scalable software systems
- A track record of building, executing platform strategy and delivering cloud services to enable improved user experiences for many users
- Technical background in like Identity and Access Management especially Azure Active Directory
- Technical background in Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge and understanding of security risk and threat assessment methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively deliver gaps and findings and negotiate prioritization.
- 3+ years’ experience enabling customers with Microsoft Azure Active Directory cloud services (Office 365 plus other cloud services highly desired)
- Define requirements and processes that will enable Azure AD to continue to improve its security posture.
- Identify and deliver strategies for mitigation of top service security-related gaps
- Engage with partner teams to remediate issues
- Provide timely and accurate project status updates to stakeholders and Executive Leadership
