Job Description
CONTRACT – IT AssociateFull-time, starting July 2021, 6 monthsSUMMARY: The ITAssociate is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Information Technology Department including the development, maintenance and control of computer hardware and software andthe care and safekeeping of company information stored on computer devices. The IT Associate will work closely with the Directorof Tech Operations to provide accurate and timely information to company employees as required. The IT Associate will be expected to train and set up new hires on the company systems.Flexible work schedule is available as long as you can work within the core hours of 8:30am-5:30pm.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the following, other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.- Coordinate the use of information processing resources with staff to provide optimum use of computer equipment and services
- Perform 0365 Administration Duties
- Manage Active Directory, DUO 2FA, Slack, and other business applications.
- Handle daily Help Desk tickets
- Diagnose Lenovo and Dell laptop and desktop hardware issues
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience working in IT or in a help desk/customer service role
- Experience with a Microsoft Windows Server Environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 required
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Has good organization and communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
