Kelly has a great Coverage Specialist position in the Greater Boston area!You will work closely with management to complete projects such as Standard Operating Procedures, Scopes of Work, Training, and more.Additional responsibilities include:Interface directly with customer Point-of-Contact, purchasing directors, facility directors and plant managers etc. to procure lab supplies and material.
Utilize SAP, Citrix, VBQ, Info Access, SharePoint, Ariba, SAP, EZ Source, ESpree, Nexus, Pitney Bowes, UPS, Fedex, Inventory Manager Chemical Manager, WIMS, JD Edwards and customer specific applications.
Train on all service offerings.
Provide SAP Support (Full customer services, credit rebills, invoice scrubbing).
Modify, design and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators.
Manage a budget related to expense reports.
Meet revenue, TOE, safety, performance and quality goals and objectives.
Create programs for enhanced service efficiencies.
Travel required to customer sites.
Requirements include:High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or undergraduate degree in business or science related field is preferred
3 -5+ years’ experience in Inventory control/procurement/shipping and receiving/Inside Sales, etc.
Pharmaceutical product knowledge/experience a plus
