Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience needed for a fully remote, full-time role with our client in Greater Boston. Fully remote but east coast or central time zones preferred. Must have all relevant Google certifications and have digital marketing experience within the CPG or D2C space. Ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish). Salary is up to 100K + 10% bonus. The company pays 100% of employee healthcare premiums.Reporting to the US Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be empowered and responsible for both the strategy and execution of the US businesses digital execution strategy to support growth for the key US brands, increase awareness and to engage with consumers to ultimately drive sales for our products. Responsible:The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the local Marketing, Omni & Sales teams, the Global Comms team, as well as the local Leadership Team as needed to develop strong digital plans to grow the brands and businesses reputation as a leader in the natural industry and set us up for strong growth beyond. In addition to the disciplines and experience requirements, the successful person in this role will demonstrate leadership and a passion for success and the success of the business.Work in collaboration with wider Marketing team & Sales and Global Digital team to develop cohesive brand messaging, digital marketing, and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive loyalty & sales, creating a seamless consumer experience.Digital Content - Responsible for end-to-end digital content optimization and for ongoing audits and maintenance of owned online content across off-retail platforms, including but not exclusive to Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTubeKPI's - Manage results against key KPIs, delivering insights and actionable itemsAnalytics - lead and collaborate on post-performance analytics to help understand our performance. Owning scorecards and sharing information and insights with the broader team.Grow the Brands & Own the Consumer Journey:- To develop and execute full funnel digital and social media strategies across key US brands
- Ensure global strategies & content is localized in line and optimized for US brands, plans & strategies
- Optimize all digital communication channels and measurably enhance the effectiveness of our digital media efforts across our brand portfolio
- Work cross functionally to build and execute an effective and seamless user journey, regardless of where the consumer enters the funnel
- Using data, develop SEO strategies with the content & brand team to increase organic ranking
- Closely collaborate with the US brand team to ensure all digital activities supports and strengthens integrated brand communications
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Google and/or other certifications
- Previous experience working with Food, Drug or Mass Retailers, ideally with an OTC drug, Homeopathic, beauty or personal care branded supplier business
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Spanish language communications and executions
- D2C strategies
- Basic Photoshop & design skills desirable
- Experience in Natural channel and Pet channel a bonus but not a must
