Randstad is working with a medical center in Boston that is looking to hire multiple Epic application specialists. As a member of the applications team, this role supports the Epic Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record system. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic end users, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM and it will be hybrid onsite and work from home. location: BOSTON, Massachusettsjob type: Permanentsalary: $60,000 - 100,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:-Provide onsite support for Epic Ambulatory EMR to end users -Troubleshoot reported problems and equipment issues as they occur -Refer issues that require additional assistance to the IT/Help Desk and/or Vendor Help Desk -Communicate resolution to the user when completed -Provide excellent customer service to end users -Monitor error pools -Participate in validation testing -Assist with system maintenance and upgrades qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
