- Translates customer's processes and requirements into an AX solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV's or best of breed solutions
- Prepares clients to use ERP solution by analyzing business and operations changes; re-defining new responsibilities and actions; defining training and re-training programs
- Manages customer relationship by providing support; communicating ERP standards; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.
- Good communication skills
- At least 5 years Microsoft AX/D365 F&O experience required
- 9+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degress or equivalent in relevant field.
- Financial experience/background a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture (P4 - Expert)
- Architecture Design (P3 - Advanced)
- Enterprise Architecture (P3 - Advanced)
- Process Modelling (P3 - Advanced)
