Job Description

Global Analyst Relations is looking for an AR Specialist to join the global team responsible for managing the firm’s relationship and reputation among the industry Analyst community.

The person will support a range of AR program initiatives and help manage some of the top relationships in the industry analyst community. This role will be focused on supporting the pursuit of strong outcomes in Analyst research as well as executing against key program initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Drive awareness of the Publicis Sapient brand among industry analysts from Forrester, Gartner and IDC.
  • Foster relationships with industry analysts through inquiries, briefings, and industry events.
  • Support major analyst evaluative research response efforts including project management, information gathering, filtering input, etc.
  • Develop campaigns to target prospects for engagements inbrand awareness
  • Respondto analyst requests and manage responses by creating deliverables and coordinating between various internal stakeholders
  • Lead and support program activities such as proactive briefings, analyst inquiries andinterviews
  • Prepare spokespeople for analyst engagements and assist with tailoring content for an analyst audience
  • Track, report and distribute notable recognitions, tips and callouts from analyst interactions, new research papers and coverage.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in business/communications or related field
  • Experience with professional services or with technology provider industries
  • Excellent project management, communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
  • High level of energy, enthusiastic team player and dedication to excellence
  • Comfortable with balancing strategic thinking with tactical and detailed execution while working independently.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgement for company’s best interest and strong situational analysis
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or communications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
