Job Description

Re:Sources is looking for a full-time Senior Associate to join our Global Mobility team. Our new team member will provide end-to-end case management for our high volume green card and international relocation programs.

What's involved?

  • Perform end-to-end case management for a high volume of green card and international relocation cases;
  • Manage all steps of the PERM Labor Certification process including prevailing wage determinations, recruitment, ETA 9089 review, and audits;
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of PERM in the context of business immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant case processing;
  • Gather information for immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
  • Manage the annual localization process;
  • Communicate regularly with clients and employees regarding procedural and case processing issues;
  • Prepare and update case reporting and databases;
  • Manage international permanent relocations;

  • Conduct a thorough needs assessment at the onset of the case process to establish the employee’s specific requirements and address any custom needs.
  • Work with the employee and their family to ensure all needs are understood and met, and adjusts services and counseling to changing needs and conditions throughout the case process;
  • Assist Managers with mobility services including (but not limited to), assignment letters, cost projections, briefings, general administration and tax compliance processes;
  • Frequent and timely communication with assignees and Agency contacts.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience working with U.S. nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, F-1 STEM OPT
  • 3+ years of experience preparing and filing PERM Labor Certifications and EB-1 petitions
  • Experience with case management, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and supplier coordination, preferably in the IT staffing industry
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and strong Excel, Outlook and Power Point and Sharepoint skills
  • Global mobility experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, analytical abilities in identifying issues and comparing data
  • Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of immigrant visas
  • A client service mindset, attention to detail and desire to achieve a high level of service
  • The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisor.
  • Ability to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork
