Global Publication Manager

The Global Publication Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of global publication activities across assigned therapeutic areas. This role ensures alignment with the Global Publication Plan and the overarching Medical Strategy, while upholding the highest scientific and ethical standards.Lead the implementation of the global publication plan for assigned products or indications, including HQ-driven and affiliate-supported publication.Manage the end-to-end publication process: concept development, author engagement, internal review, and submission of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts. Ensure compliance with GPP, ICMJE guidelines, and internal SOPsCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Biostatistics, and external partners to ensure scientific accuracy and alignmentRepresent the publication function in internal and external meetings, including Joint Publication Teams with partner companiesMaintain publication tracking systems and provide regular updates to the Global Publication TeamSupport the annual global publication workshop and contribute to the development of best practices
