Job Description

PowerAdvocate, a fast-growing company at the intersection of technology, big data, and energy, is hiring a Growth Operations Associate. This role is ideal for a person interested in joining a fast-paced, experienced, ambitious team responsible for helping drive revenue growth and steer the company’s go-to-market strategy as it expands globally.

Job Responsibilities:This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and efficiency of our Global Growth team including, but not limited to:

  • Systems administration including:
    • Maintaining and quality-controlling our sales database and CRM platforms (i.e., managing contacts, accounts, leads, campaigns, meetings, and pipeline opportunities)
    • Understanding and maintaining workflows across systems
  • Managing marketing campaigns from start to finish
    • Tracking campaign success and performing AB testing to optimize campaign success
    • Increasing scale and reach of campaigns by managing prospecting / distro list processes
  • Growth Operations Reporting and Process Compliance
    • Active contributor of ideas and new methods to optimize Growth processes
    • Automating and centralizing sales and marketing data into a dynamic dashboard
  • Increasing PowerAdvocate’s brand presence by owning social media content and processes for LinkedIn and Twitter platforms
  • Supporting PowerAdvocate events (e.g., conferences, webinars, etc.)
  • Supporting other operations activities as needed

This position will have a direct impact on the revenue side of our business and will work closely with a cross-functional Sales and Marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience in a similar role, 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Meticulously organized with an uncommonly high attention to detail
  • Able to execute flawlessly against multiple processes and projects
  • Strong time management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Preference for “entrepreneurial” to “big company”
  • Comfortable with client interaction via email
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Excel, HubSpot, PowerPoint, InDesign, or event management desirable, but not required
