Description HR Generalist - Boston - Up to $90KOur client is an established insurance claims company, affiliates of the Berkshire Hathaway group of insurance companies. In this position you will be managing the entire recruitment process, conducting new employee orientations, develop HR policies and procedures, create job descriptions, serve as a policy and employee benefits expert and point of contact, and maintain a positive work environment.
